My sourdough journey began when I was gifted a sourdough starter and learned to keep it alive with the help of a green ribbon saved from a gift. Months of learning to understand and love the sourdough process through much trial and error resulted in beautifully soft, springy, crusty breads that I am excited to share with my community.

The green ribbon in addition to being a great way to track starter growth, is also a symbol of mental health awareness! 10% of profits at GRB are donated to mental health causes.
